Check the Sistahs Blog Hop

Hello, hello....
And welcome to the November Calling All Sistahs Blog hop.

Each month on the 17th, card designers from all over the world create something for your viewing pleasure to remind you to do your self exams and check the SISTAHS!!!!

You should have arrived here from Nora's blog, but if you encounter any broken links, you can always start at the beginning HERE.

This is where I tell you that I have been there, done that.

I had a mammogram in July of 2013, by October of that same year, I found a lump.
YEP...BAD NEWS!!!

A double mastectomy, 6 rounds of chemo and a year of Herceptin treatments.

I am just thankful I did my self exams every month.
The outcome of me being able to enjoy my family and share with you guys could have turned out differently!

Now go....go check those big/little tatas!

In keeping with the Autumn theme, I found these wonderful digi papers online, then added them to a paper doily.

Hope Ribbon was stamped and fussy cut.
Calling All Sistahs sentiment was stamped and heat embossed.
Die cut Sistah from white card stock.

Make sure to comment on each blog...there are three prizes up for grabs.
$15 gift certificates to the CAS-ual Friday's store.
You have until November 19th to make a comment.

Would you like to be involved with this hop next month and help us spread the word?
Let me know in your comment and I will get you fixed up with all the info.  :)

Your next stop on the hop is:

Thanks so much for stamping by...

Love your card Penny and appreciate you telling your story! I am in the same situation right now - three more chemo sessions left, surgery, radiation, etc. and I caught my lump early! Thank you for continuing to get out the word to do self checks and get an annual mammogram, it is so important!
