Hello scrappy friends. Today I have a friendship card you can put together in no time. It might look difficult, but it is just a matter of letting your tools do the work for you.
Let’s Make a Card…..
Plug in your Cricut and attach the Walk in my Garden cartridge. You will need to cut 8 flowers about 3/4 in size. Also cut 4 leaves and 4 tulips (I used these as foliage). Color your flowers and leaves/foliage as desired.
Dry emboss the backs of your flowers/foliage to give them a little dimension.
Make a card base from very heavy card stock (I use watercolor paper) to a standard size 5 1/2 x 4 1/4.
Cut white card stock same size as base, run through Cuttlebug and die cut small oval.
Cut white card stock just a bit smaller than base card, ink edges of one side. Cut another piece of white card stock just a bit smaller again, attach to inked piece and die cut oval with a slightly larger die.
Stamp and heat emboss sentiment onto large oval cutout, attach to back side opening of small oval frame. Attach this piece to base card.
Attach remaining section to card base using foam adhesive.
Attach flowers, leaves and butterfly. Add Liquid Pearls and Stickles as desired.
Thanks for stamping by.....
