My Amazing Son

Hello there....

So Jennifer McGuire has us all making Kindness cards. I agree that there could be a lot more kindness in the world.
The theme this week is to send a card to someone in our community, and I have chosen to make and send this card to my youngest son. He graduated with an MBA at the age of 23...that ended up being a small victory as he then was not able to find a decent job.
He is a dispatcher for the Police Department and has caught the First Responders bug. He is now following in his daddy's footsteps, as he is in the Police Academy.
I also wanted to play in the challenge at Simon Says Stamp Monday, with their theme being the letter "N".....thus, the Nightstick embelly.
And how stinkin' cute are those tiny handcuffs?!?

I am sure when he goes to the mailbox, this will put a smile on his face.
Do I want him to be a Police Officer? No...the world has changed and this is no longer an occupation that people are raised to respect. But if it makes him happy, I am happy!

So yes Jennifer...we could use some more kindness in our world!
