Sistahood Holiday Hop

Hello....

and Welcome to the December Blog Hop with Cas-ual Friday's.

This hop is all about getting the word out for Breast Cancer Awareness.

Women don't just get Breast Cancer in October you know!

So each month on the 17th, card designers from all over the world get together for special inspiration to get the word out.

On my card I used the "hope" sentiment on pattern paper ornaments.
I just can't get enough PLAID!!!!!

Now for the business.....
I am a Breast Cancer Survivor!

Had a mammogram in July 2013, found a lump in October 2013.
That is how fast cancer can grow.
The sisthas are gone and I certainly don't miss them.
Six rounds of chemo and a year of Herceptin treatments.
It was no picnic, but I am here and grateful!

Now...go check yourself!

Make sure to comment on each stop of the hop as there are prizes to be won.
Three (3) $15 gift certificates will be awarded to lucky crafters.
You must comment by 12-19-16 to be eligible.

Your next stop on the hop is:

If you need to start at the beginning of the hop click HERE.

 one last thing....
would you like to be a part of this hop next month? Leave that in the comments also and I will get you all the info. 😃😃😃

Thanks so much for stamping by...

I'm grateful your here too, Penny! Thank you for letting us know how important those monthly self-exams are, even after we've had our yearly mammograms.

p.s. Your card is stunning! I love the idea of Christmas ornaments for our December blog hop for Calling All Sistahs. The textures and dies are fabulous too!

The card is beautiful.
The pink on the grey reminds
me of my teenage years. The
plaid ornaments are great.
Adding in elements for christmas
is a great idea.
thanks for sharing.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Love this combo - Hope and Christmas! Sometimes it's too hard to be traditional for certain people doing it tough and your card is the perfect idea I needed for someone like that. Bless you!
