The square one on the left is die cut from Felt and simply glued together.

Easy Peasy!!!

The Pink one..I die cut an extra layer, folded the top, then edge stitched around the tag after adding a key ring.

The Purple one.... I simply added a name to a piece of fabric with my electronic sewing machine, die cut then edge stitched.

Please Note:  The lip balm holder is my invention just using a scrap of fabric.
