It is the 17th and that means it is reminder time from me to you.

It doesn't have to be fatal.

You can catch it early.

I am 1 in 8.

I caught mine early.

Over 4 years as a Survivor.

So I am still walking this earth, feeling blessed to be alive and making you reminder cards so you will take care of yourselves.
